Enjoy a 50-minute Run & Lift class, guided by our highly trained Coaches. We offer a changing room, showers, lockers, and a drinking water fountain.

You run intervals on the treadmill.

You lift dumbbells on the floor.

You switch.

Yes - it is! As a new studio, and with this type of workout being fairly new to Cologne, we adapt the level of all our classes to suit everyone. We’re here to grow together! If you’re ready to move with us, you’ll feel stronger and more confident on after each session.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the workout. Especially if you are a beginner make sure to be ready at least 5 minutes before class begins, so you have time to get familiar with the room and the concept.

We start together, and to avoid disrupting the coach and other participants, the door will be closed at the start of the class and entry will no longer be possible.

Our doors are locked once the class has started. For safety reasons, our trainers can’t accept latecomers.
